Mobile Posting Instructions

Currently, CU Citizen Access supports posting from email for devices that support it, or participating in our Twitter feed. If you have a phone or other mobile device that does not support email, you can check with your cellular carrier for MMS-to-Email gateways that they may provide.

Step by Step Instructions for E-Mail:

  1. First, register an account on the site. When you register, use the email address that you were planning on sending your email post from.
  2. Now, you can send an email to submit@cu-citizenaccess.org which will be submitted to the site editors as a story or tip submission. The subject line will correspond to the title of the submission, and any images you attach to the email will be included with the post.
  3. Note that submissions to the site are subject to editorial oversight, and submitting a post is no guarantee that it will appear on the site or that it will be unmodified.

Using Twitter for communicating is all the rage right now. It works by allowing people to stay in touch with groups of friends by sending a single text message to a short-code mobile phone number: 40404. CU-Citizen Access monitors Twitter in our community for interesting nuggets of information. If you want to catch our attention, or pass some useful information, send out a Tweet.
